Because here it's kinda winter, that's why i have them off atm. I honestly think that when your GPU is below 40-45c, it's better to leave the fans off. I have my fan off when idle and it hits max 50c. I mean, you have the default fan curve lol. Your friend is right cuz there is no need for your GPU fan to be at 40% when at 30c. A friend of mine said i was pushing the coolers too much when the gpu is idle, is this right? The problem is that for some reason the coolers won't work by their own (Yes, i do know they activate after X temp and yes i tested it at almost 90☌ and they didn't even spin) so i had to download Afterburner to make them work, but the gpu itself gets really hot really quick while gaming so i was wondering what would be the best fan speed curve for it? Btw my bad if i am on the wrong place, i think i should have placed this on air cooling. My model is the OC from Gigabyte that has two coolers. Long story, i was building a second PC for testing, and i decided to buy something cheap and reasonably good (For it's price) so i bought a GTX 1050Ti.
